Dr. Jayson Scroggins
Dr. Scroggins was born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas. He played collegiate basketball at Oklahoma Baptist University before completing his undergraduate degree at West Texas A&M University in 2015. He later completed post-baccalaureate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas.
Dr. Scroggins is passionate about helping patients understand not only the importance of maintaining a healthy smile, but also how proper function and long-term care contribute to their overall quality of life. He strives to create a comfortable, positive environment and believes every dental experience should be better than the last. His goal is for each patient to feel informed, confident, and genuinely cared for throughout their treatment.
Education has also been an important part of Dr. Scroggins life outside of dentistry. With more than 15 years of tutoring experience, he has developed a genuine passion for teaching, something that carries over naturally into the way he communicates with and educates his patients.
Outside of the office, Dr. Scroggins enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, finding a great limited series to binge-watch, occasionally getting back on the basketball court, playing golf, and tackling projects around the house.

Shelby
Lead Assistant
Shelby became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2022 and joined our team in 2025. She is passionate about helping others and giving back to her community. Shelby enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease throughout every visit. Her warm, friendly personality helps create a positive experience for patients of all ages.
Outside of the office, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as participating in a variety of outdoor activities.
Miranda
Assistant
Miranda was born and raised in Gainesville, Texas, and is proud to serve the community she calls home. She graduated with her Associate of Science in Health Science in May 2026 and plans to continue her education by pursuing a career in dental hygiene. Miranda has worked as a dental assistant for over three years and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. Her passion for dentistry began unexpectedly when she had the opportunity to become an X-ray technician, and she quickly discovered how much she loved working chairside and caring for patients. When she is not in the office, Miranda enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with her boyfriend and family. She looks forward to continuing her growth in the dental field and helping patients achieve healthy smiles.
Sandra
Dental Hygienist
Sandra graduated from Texas Women’s University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene and has been a part of this practice ever since. She loves interacting with patients, not only as a professional, but also on a personal level. She treasures the many wonderful relationships she has established over the years. Her goal is to help patients achieve and maintain good oral health while doing so in a comfortable, family-like environment. Sandra is excited about the new office and can’t wait to see what the future holds for this practice.
Sandra was born and raised in Muenster, Texas, and continues to live there to this day. She and her husband, Kevin, have three grown children who she considers to be her life’s biggest blessings. Family time is very important to her. When she is not in the office, she loves being outdoors and taking road trips, but nothing is better than spending time with family and friends.
Alley
Practice Manager
Alley was born and raised in Gainesville, Texas, and has been working in the dental field for many years. As Practice Manager, she enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. What she loves most about dentistry is being able to make a positive difference in people’s lives by helping them achieve the smile they deserve and ensuring they receive the care they need. Outside of the office, Alley enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beautiful daughters, who keep her busy and on the go! As a family, they love traveling, making memories, and spending time with family and friends.
Ashley
Front Desk
I was born and raised in Gainesvile. My husband Shane and I have been married 11 years and have four beauiful daughters. I enjoy spending time with my family, singing, crafting, and raising chickens. We stay busy with sports and enjoy spending time at the lake and riding our ATV.
She loves working with people and can’t wait to help you out in our office.
Dee
Dental Assistant
Dee is Virginian by birth but Texan by choice. She graduated from Robert E Lee High School in Tyler, Texas, then served in the United States Air Force. She began her dental assisting career 36 years ago and has many years of training. She is genuinlely passionate about dentistry and strives to do her best.
When she’s not working , Dee enjoys speding time with family which includes her husband, 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. She also enjoys riding her motorcycle with her husband and friends. She loves adventure and seeing beautiful and fascinating places.
Holli Knabe
Hygienist
Holli was raised in the Valley View/Gainesville area. She graduated cum laude from Midwestern State University with a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene. Her goal is to provide patients with a gentle and thorough cleaning with a compassionate chairside manner. Holli and her husband, Jon, live in Sanger. She has 2 children, Aidan and Ayla, and 3 stepchildren, Mason, Karsyn, and Brooklyn. They also have a dog, Coco, who is like their baby. She is an avid sports enthusiast, cheering for the A&M Aggies and other local sports teams. In her spare time, she enjoys time with family and traveling.
